He is survived by: his parent Nolie Jane Stacy Blackburn; his spouse Mildred "Amy" Blackburn; his children, Linda Williams and Jason Blackburn (Brandi); his grandchildren, ChiAnne Eady, Bryan Williams (Laura), Brittney Williams, Jason Blackburn II and James Blake Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Mattison Eady, Jayden Williams and Deven Williams; and his siblings, Tom Blackburn (Beverly) and Roy Dean (Edith).
