We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2022, at the age of 83, Jerry Wilburn Dye of Shelbyville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Powers Dye Sr. and Sally Elizabeth Jennings Dye; and his siblings, Doyle Dye, George Dye Jr. (Wanda), Glendon Dye, Edna King (Harlon), Louise "Lou" Holton (Milton) and Ann Clanton.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Dye (Rollins); his sister Geraldine Lawwell (Jim); his children, Gary Dye (Kathy), Tony Dye (Linda Sue) and Lisa Prince (Steve); his grandchildren, Lauren Lumpkin (Daniel), Darrell Dye (Katie), Hayden Dye (Shelby), Andrew Carlisle (Stephanie), Haley Ashmead (Keaton), Samantha Jones (Alex), Will Dye (Haley), Colby Prince and Alec Prince (Nikki Cagle); and his close friend Jasper. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
