It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Adeline Troyer of Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett John Murphy and Amelia Yach Murphy; and her sister Virginia McGill. She is survived by: her husband Thomas John Troyer; her children, Stacy Rene Royalty (Jay) of Collierville, TN., Micah John Troyer (Dana) of Turner and Jason Thomas Troyer (Charity) of Shelbyville; her brother Michael John Murphy of Johnson City, TN.; and her grandchildren, Trey Royalty, Katie Royalty, Zach Troyer, Tessa Troyer, Nick White, Lily Troyer, Harry Troyer, Abby Troyer and Samantha Troyer.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to New Destiny Dog Rescue, 202 East Highland Avenue, Shelbyville, TN. 37160.
