It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Honey Lou Glasscock of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sara Vance Williams Deering and Artie McClellan Deering; her son Barry Glasscock; her husband Burnard Glasscock; her daughters, Janice Ann Glasscock and Mary Katharine Glasscock Ray; her son-in-law Daniel Ray; her granddaughters, Suzanne Thompson (Robert Thompson), Caroline Berry (Stanley Berry), Hannah McCall (Ben McCall), Lauren Booth (Grant Booth) and Sarah Ray; and her great grandchildren, Raylan McCall, Guerin Thompson, Elliott Berry, Sutton Thompson and Eliza Berry. She was also cherished by friends and family.
Memorials may be made to St. Williams Catholic Church, the Argie Cooper Public Library of Shelbyville TN, the Good Samaritan Fund in Shelbyville TN, or Alive Hospice, to which the family expresses heartfelt thanks for their remarkable care.
