He is survived by: his sister Jerry Sue Boyce (Marvin) of Shelbyville; his niece Jennifer Trott (Sam); his nephew Bryan Boyce (Angela); his partner Bennie Jo Carter; his partner's children, Scott Capley, Laci Gambill, Blaine Capley and Brett Capley (Sydney); and his pet Daisy.
