He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Throneberry (Margaret) and Martha Moore Tolar; and his siblings, Tony Tolar, Nancy Allen and Barbara Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rentz Throneberry; his sons, Wallace Anthony Throneberry and Garen Avery Throneberry (Jennifer) of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Caden, Conner and Jillian Throneberry; and his brother Chris Tolor (Susan) of Shelbyville.
