She was predeceased by: her parents, Osborne Elijah "O. E." Wells and Sara Elizabeth Douglas Wells; and her brother Osborne Eugene Wells. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Cathryn Perry (Allen) of Shelbyville and Douglas Wells (Brenda) of Tullahoma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
