With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Estel Howell Smith Jr. of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Amanda Robinson Prosser. He is survived by: his wife Judy Elmore Smith of Shelbyville; his children, Heath Smith (Katie) of Shelbyville and Jacey Walker (Travis) of Murfreesboro; his brother Carl Robinson (Janice) of Rowlett, Texas; and his grandchildren, Scout Walker and Case Walker.
The family will receive visitors from 1:00 P. M. to 4:00 P. M. Per the family's request, we ask that all visitors please wear a mask.
