It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest K Merlo of Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Andrew Merlo; and his siblings, Shull Merlo, Jessie Merlo, Deloris Douglas, Larry Merlo and Diann Merlo.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Merlo; his children, Benson Merlo, Parker Lee Merlo, Anthony Jason Merlo, Bryan Travis Merlo, Justin Dwayne Burks and Douglas Locker Jr.; and his siblings, Charles Merlo (Wanda), Donald Merlo (Brenda), Lawrence Merlo and Patricia Haynes. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
