She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Annie Ruth Thompson; her son Kenneth Outlaw; and her siblings, Carolyn Whitsett, Donald Williams and Johnny Williams.
She is survived by: her brothers, Junior Williams of Taft, TN and Clifford Williams of Savannah, TN; her niece Wanda Wilson; her granddaughter Victoria Outlaw; and her boyfriend Steve West. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
