He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herman Parker and Velma Carissie Key Parker; his wife Nellie Mai Moore Parker; and his siblings, James Herman Parker Jr., Knox Parker, William Dale Parker, Fred Parker, Charles Jackson Parker, Doris Parker and Ruby Elizabeth Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Brett Keith Parker (Alecia), Jerry, Wayne Parker and Peggy Ann Parker; and his sisters, Geraldine Mason and Alma Jean Deason. He is also survived by three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
