It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Manus Coop of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin Manus and Willie Mae Manus; and her brothers, Billy Manus, John "Shorty" Manus and Robert Manus.
She is survived by: her husband Riley "Sonny" Coop; her children, Pam Sandlin (Robert) of Auburntown, Eddie Coop (Rhonda) of Murfreesboro and Roger Coop of Shelbyville; and her grandchildren, Amanda Hanna (Hugh), Kirk Gilmore (Arlyn) and Amber Greene (Kyle). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donation be made to the Houston-Whitworth Cemetery Fund.
