“We are so sorry that we are not there for you today. We know nothing we can say or do can ease all your pain. Today, on the day of Eli's celebration of life we lit some candles and watched SpongeBob. It has been such a sad week for us and we can't imagine how you are all feeling. We have made a donation to the charity and made a donation for the tree planting. We feel empty that we never met Ely but his parents hold such a special place in the Sutcliffe's hearts.
