He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Cook and Lilly Crowell Cook; and his brother Willie Edward Cook. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Cooper Cook of Shelbyville; his daughters, Brenda Hester (Donnie) of Murfreesboro, Linda Davis (Danny Ray) of Unionville and Peggy Caudill (Danny) of Unionville; his sisters, Nell Mearse of Morrison and Betty Rogers (Donald) of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Clint, Chad, Cory Hester, Jeremey Byford (Jenni) and Daniel Caudill (Shawn). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
