He is survived by: his wife Tina Lynn Beebe Ruth; his children, Krisi Turner (Kyle) and Derick Ruth (Gabriella) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Adelyn O'Carroll, Kaylee Ruth, Eileen O'Carroll, Kara Ruth, Khristy Ruth, Karalynn Turner and Zoe Turner; and his brother Allen Ruth.
