He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Bly; his stepfather Paul Jerome Grizzle; and his grandparents, Wesley, Betty St. John, James, Ruth Bly, Charles and Betty Grizzle.
He is survived by: his mother Laketia St. John Grizzle of Shelbyville; his children, Heavanne York of Shelbyville, Charletta York of Shelbyville, Bentley St. John of Coffee Co and Dayvanie St. John of Woodbury; his siblings, Jennifer Martin (Steven) of Woodbury, Paul Tyler Grizzle of Shelbyville and Case Grizzle of Shelbyville; and his nieces, Gracie, Alivia and Rosie Martin. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
