She is survived by: her children, Myron Blackburn (Lisa) and Marlene Cartwright (Blake); her grandsons, Justin Ryan Gordon (Ashley), Jody Martin Gordon and Bud Cartwright; her great grandchildren, Gunner Ridge Gordon and Aubrey Raine Gordon; her brother-in-law Harold "Pete" Blackburn; and her siblings, Gary Hooker, Barbara Gregory and Cherry Smith. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Shelbyville First Church of the Nazarene.
