She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Mary Ruth Morton Holt; her son Jeffrey Morgan; and her siblings, Billie Ruth Stewart and Frank Leonard Lee.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Locke of Shelbyville, TN; her children, Tammy James of Gainesboro, TN and Cletus Quick of Cookeville, TN; and her sister Kathy Holder of Lewisburg, TN. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation is Saturday from 5:00 until 7:00 p. m. Face masks are required and social distancing is encouraged.
