She was predeceased by: her father Billy Carroll Starnes; and her brother Gary Starnes. She is survived by: her close friend Linda Gibbs; her mother Elizabeth Jane Easterly Starnes; her children, Billy McClaran, Tammy McClaran and Amanda Clemmons; her siblings, Linda Jones, Tom Starnes (Pam), Debbie Gordon, Patsy Richardson (Andy), Nancy Smith and Carol Belcher (Lee); and her grandchildren, Eathon Stitt, Justice McClaran and Allin Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
