He is survived by: his mother Vivian Ray Waggoner-Davidson (John) of Shelbyville; his daughter Jasmyne Owens; his brothers, Reggie Waggoner (Erica) of Murfreesboro, Brian Waggoner (Jessica) of Lynchburg and Kenneth Waggoner, Jr. (Katherine) of Manchester; his nieces and nephews, Jayden, Braxton, Jaxton, Justin of Manchester, DeAria of Manchester and Breana of Manchester; his aunts, Cecelia Randolph (James) of Detroit and Dr. Phyllis (Ronald) of Murfreesboro; his cousins, Lacedra, James Randolph II and Cedasha; and his close friends, Larry Hickey "Big Bullet" and Craig Scott. He is also survived by cousins, relatives, and friends.
