He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Waggoner and Grace Hines Waggoner; and his siblings, Lajeune Waggoner, Norman Waggoner, Faye Cooper and Jamie Stovall.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Flippo, Mattie Gibson, Donald and Danny Waggoner (Nicole); his grandchildren, Rylee, Karley, Lucas, Levi Waggoner, McKayla, Dallas, Devon, Jacob and Jessa Gibson; his great grandchildren, John, Waylon, Blake, Lynn and Isabella; and his siblings, Phillip Waggoner and Theresa Coltrane.
