He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cook Smotherman; his children, Brooke Coker (Brian) of Oxford and Blair Coop (Thomas) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Ramsay, Reese Coker, Weston and Berkley Coop of Shelbyville; his niece Lisa Martin (Harvey); and his nephew Ryan Parsons of Shelbyville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (405 Lane Pkwy, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
