He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Hallman and Delcie Lucille Sartain; and his brother Johnny Edward Wilkinson III. He is survived by: his close friend Sarah Williams of Shelbyville; his children, Cambria Prater (Jonathon), Kendall Hallman, Cody Reynolds, Hannah Hallman, Christopher Hallman and Patrick Hallman; and his siblings, Tonya Bryant (Phillip), Chad Wilkinson and Lee Hallman. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
