He is survived by: his parents, Wendell Rowe, Sr. of Cornersville and Virginia Dean Gowan of Belfast; his brothers, Jeff Rowe of Lewisburg and Wendell Rowe Jr. of Lewisburg; his stepsister Rhonda Gowan of Pulaski; his stepfather Jerry Gowan of Belfast; and his caregiver Adrinna Addisson of Shelbyville.
