With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Stelzer of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Hopkins and Mary Elizabeth Enloe Hopkins; her children, Loren Stelzer and Marcella Swallows; and her brothers, Stanley Hopkins and Eddie Hopkins.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Stelzer; her daughters, Muriel Jones (Billy), Katrina Green (Hyatt), Camilla Smith (Justin) and Rosetta Shelby (Adam); and her siblings, Wally Hopkins and Debra Hughes (Wesley). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
Charlotte would be honored with memorials to American Heart Association.
