He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bowlby Sr.; his wife Sandra Lambert Bowlby; his son Kelly Bowlby; his sister Susie Koritko; and his grandson Nathan.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Thompson of Texas, Karl Bowlby of Sumter, Steven Adcock of Shelbyville, Joyce Sprague of Texas, Jeffrey Adcock of Murfreesboro and Robert Adcock of Nevada; and his sister Kathleen Donahue of Portage. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
