He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lawrence Haggard and Mary Ruth McBee Haggard; and his son-in-law Reeve "Bo" Brock. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Mariano Haggard; his children, John Mark Haggard of Goldsoro, Alyssa Haggard of Tullahoma and Annette Brock of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Martha Shuttles of Chattanooga, TN and Roger Haggard of Cookeville, TN.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
