He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Pendarvis and Vesta Fletcher Pendarvis. He is survived by: his wife Brandy Carter Pendarvis of Shelbyville; his children, Craig Pendarvis (Karen), Cynthia Perry (David), Carol Pendarvis, Cristi Pendarvis, Ashley Gordon (Matt) of Shelbyville, Heather Meares (Scott) of Petersburg and Brittany Bell (Chris) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Jessica, Stephanie, Andrew, Joseph Levenson (Magan), Tiffany, Garrett Smith, Paigelynn, Devon Pendarvis, Ashlyn Grace Brazell, Kasen Butch Pendarvis, Tyley Ruth Reavis, Laine Sutton, Jameson Matthew, Lainey James Gordon, Dalton Ray (Amanda) and Trace Bell; and his sister Jacqueline Teeter. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
