Carl W. Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2021, at the age of 95, Carl W. Smith of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifford Smith and Eula Madeline Modrall Smith; his wife Mary Elizabeth Smith; and his brother James R. Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Stephens (Russ) of Lebanon and Reba Stringfield (Mike) of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Mark Stephens (Jennifer) of Lebanon, Ashley Boyce (Chad) of Lebanon, Brittany Stringfield of Franklin and Bethany Brooks (Jacob) of Franklin; his great grandchildren, Callie Butler, Charlotte, Luke, Caroline Boyce and Adelynn Brooks; and his siblings-in-law, Eula Mai Smith of Murfreesboro, Jean and Albert Turbeville of Shelbyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
