He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Douglas Adams and Emma Jean Loyd Adams. He is survived by: his wife Diane Adams; his children, Andrea McCullough (Stan) of Shelbyville and Lonnie Leftrick (Kimberly) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Savanna Wisener (Jackson), Gracie Beth McCullough, Slade, Greyson Leftrick, Summit, Jennings, Adley and Calloway Leftrick; his brother Howard Dwayne Adams of Columbia; and his close friend Brooke Cunningham.
