She was predeceased by: her father Roy V. Branch. She is survived by: her husband Roy L. Smotherman; her mother Wilma Branch; her children, Chan Smotherman of Georgia and Chris Smotherman (Diana) of Shelbyville; her grandson Alex Smotherman; her brothers, Ronnie Branch and Roy Branch (Sonja); her sister-in-law Peggy Hardison (Jerry); her nieces, Kathy White (Russell) and Cassy Daniel (Jonathan); and her nephew Robert Posey (Anita).
