He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Clayton Overcast and Edith Haggard Overcast; and his brother Jerry Overcast. He is survived by: his children, Billy "B. J." Overcast and Kandi Carter (Jonathan); his sisters, Judy (Ronnie), Lashbrook and Brenda Rohelier (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Jade, Addison Carter and Haley Holton. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
