She is survived by: her husband Steven Gall of Shelbyville; and her children, Donna Dickey (Brian) of Shelbyville, Philip Perkins (Abby) and Teresa Bagwell (Josh). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; a brother, a sister, along with several nieces and nephews.
