She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Dean Eady and Myrtle Lee Lynch Eady; her husband John Hubert Marlin; and her siblings, Thomas Eady, Leon Eady, Bobbie Jean Slaughter and Lucy Dean Wilson.

She is survived by: her son John Larry Marlin; her siblings, Marie Bradley and Ralph Keith Eady; and her grandsons, John Eric Marlin and Andrew Kevin. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
