It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Angela Elizabeth Griffy of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Dee Hale, Sr.; her sister Malissa Smartt; and her grandparents, Mathie D., Margaret Hale, James Charles and Mattie Mae McCutheon.
She is survived by: her daughter Brittany Nicole-May Epperson (Justin) of Shelbyville, TN; her stepfather Bill May of Shelbyville, TN; her brother William D.; her sister-in-law Carol Hale of Chapel Hill, TN; and her pets, Lilee and Pigpen. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
