He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Pat Haynes and Cindy Phelps; and his uncle Chris Phelps (Tammy). He is survived by: his stepparents, William Lynch and Kelly Burgos Haynes; his siblings, Dylan, Blake, Steven, Allan, Rocky, William, Alyssa, Alice, Cheyenne and Anastasia; his nephew Bryson Hendon; his niece Macie Hendon; his grandparents, Michael Phelps, Lisa Phelps, Larry Haynes, Ricky and Vicki Blanton; his aunts and uncles, Clint, Tisha, Michael (Tiffany) and Patrick; and his cousins, Abi, Haylie, Sara, Richard, Valerie and Chance (Brooke).

Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
