It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adeline S. Adams of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roy Stewart; and her sisters, Ann Stewart Wilhoite, Rachel Stewart Miller and Mary Joyce Stewart Wilhoite. She is survived by: her children, Mary Grace Phillips (Jan) of Shelbyville, John William Dye, Jr. (Brenda) of Mount Juliet, Cyndi Paschal (Hollis) of Halls Mill and Linda Kaye Gilmore (Jeff) of Bell Buckle; her stepchildren, Kelly Bearden (David) of Smyrna and Kathy Stephens of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Molly Cook (Greg), Kyle Phillips, Jamie Bowling (Sharyl McKenzie), Melissa Bowling and Mandy Dye; and her sisters, Sadie Stewart Ghee (Chuck Tempel) and Shirley Stewart Smith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
