He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Poore and Leona Elizabeth Poore; his sister Patty; his brother-in-law Walter Jones; and his cousin William "Snook" Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Rodger Poore, William Poore, Jr., Sonya George (Mark), Renee McAnally (Kevin) and April Lakins (Duke); his grandchildren, Rocky Poore, Mallory, Casey George, Faith Goins (John), Tyler and Tayla McAnally; his niece LuAnn Thomas (Greg); his close friend Brenda Masingo; and his friends, Dennis, Andrea Foster and Doug Heinz.
