He was predeceased by: his half-brother Clarence Evans; and his siblings, Bill Wright, Terry, Gary, Darrell Relford, Phyllis Thompson, Mary Ann and Darlene Relford.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Rouse; his son Clifton Relford, II; and his siblings, Aaron, Kenneth, Jerry, Carlos Relford, Joyce Williams and Ozella Brantley. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
