She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Cook and Louvernia Cook (Lay); her husband Roy Clark; her children, Sandra Hobock, Kenny and Ronald Clark; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Clark.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lonnie, Owen, Jack, Glen, Lynn, Lillis, Minnie, Walter, Ailor, Taylor Cook, Lucy Eastridge, Ann Shoffner (Cook) and Alvilda Shoffner (Cook); her son Terry Clark of Sharps Chapel; her grandchildren, Marlana Crawford of Sharps Chapel, Jason Clark of Sharps Chapel, Rhianna Clark of Maynardville and Josh Alley; her great grandchildren, Talisha Crawford, Leon Hensley, Cameron, Eli, Jaden Clark, Allen Wayne Clark and Serena Avery Richardson; and her brother Deward Cook of Sharps Chapel. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
