He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Johnson and Ruby Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Trevor Johnson and Tiffany Johnson; his siblings, Tim Johnson and Debbie Dyke; his nephews, Tobby Johnson and Cory Dyke; his niece Cindy Dyke Nicley; his great-nephews, Devin Johnson, Ethan McKnight, Cole Nicley and Austin Nicley; and also, Ryland and Dallas McKnight.
