He is survived by: his wife Tonya Raby; his daughters, Kim Rhea (Tommy), Kandy Hensley, Lori Williams (Bruce) and Olivia Williams (Josh); his siblings, James Raby and Nettie Betsill; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Adelyn, Westlee, Sylas and Easton.
