She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Eugene and Mary Lou Wiley; and her sister Connie Wiley. She is survived by: her husband David Zablocki; and her children, Nicholas J. Haynes David and Zablocki Leah E. Haynes. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren And a host of many other loving friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the R.E.C ministries 2121 Old U.S. 25E in Tazewell TN 37879.
