He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Woods; his parents, Briscoe Woods and Thelma Woods; and his siblings, Ginger Woods Faw, Janice Woods Simmons, Jackie Woods and Bobby Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Brisco Jr. (Lori Woods), Christopher (Lori Woods), Fawn (Mike Penner) and Holly Woods; and his brother L. A. Woods (Imogene). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
