He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Sexton Stiner; his parents, Carly Frank and Lelia Charlotte Beeler Stiner; and his brother-in-law Steven Sexton. He is survived by: his son Bryan Dean Stiner; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Ashly Stiner; his granddaughter Audrey Grace Stiner; his daughter Vickie Lynn Stiner Surber; his son-in-law Michael Lynn Surber; his grandson Wesley Micheal Surber (Jessica Randolph Surber); his brother-in-law David Lynn Sexton; his nephew-in-law Ralph Williams; and his sister-in-law Diane Sexton Shell.
