She is survived by: her husband David Eugene Hollen of Sharps Chapel; her sons, David Hollen and Justin Hollen; her granddaughters, Chloe Nichole Hollen and Hope Riley Beach; and her brothers, Stan Hensley of Ohio and Jack Hensley of Middlesboro, Kentucky..
