He is survived by: his wife Mollie Diane Blair of New Tazewell; his daughter Jazmine Blair of Knoxville; his parents, Deborah Blair and Jerry (Blair); and his siblings, Jessica Capps (Allen) of Knoxville and Garret Blair of Tampa, Florida..
