He is survived by: his sons, Greg Carter (Tammy) and Ricky Carter (Lisa); his grandson Cody Carter; his siblings, Jim Carter (Nancy), Tony Carter (Fran) and Barbara Keck; and his sister-in-law Madalene Carter.
