She is survived by: her husband Deward Cook; her daughters, Vonetta Martin and Eula Taylor; her grandchildren, Tony Taylor, Misty Taylor and Angela Martin; her sisters, Renea and Dorothy; and her sister-in-law Joyce Clark. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins along with a host of friends.
