She was predeceased by: her father Wilson Mclain; her husband Larry Gene Swanson Sr.; her siblings, Daniel Boone McClain and Leota Sue McLain; her grandson Zackary Swanson (Half); her siblings, John Paul McClain, Arnold Wayne Helton, Mary "Mert" Blanton and David Helton; and her stepsiblings, Gladys Burchett, Kyla Mclain, Debra Owens, David Mclain and Bobby Joe Mclain.
She is survived by: her sons, William Swanson and Larry Swanson Jr. (Michelle); her stepgrandchildren, Sherry Stanley and Stanley Vickery; and her sister-in-law Sophie McClain.
